Safety and education are at the heart of Fresh Aesthetics.
Your consultation will include information on all of our Policies on Injection Technique, Pre and Post-Procedure care and other information to help you make a safe and informed decision. We always ask about your prior history of Injectable treatments, cosmetic procedures and surgery as well as general medical history.
Your satisfaction is our goal and expected results will never be exaggerated in our low pressure setting. Not every client and/or is suitable or safe for Injectables products.

PROCEDURES
Written procedures are kept on file at our business to regulate the types of products used and how they are safely injected. Safe outcomes are our goal and all products used are from Medical Products and Supplies companies. More information is available to clients and on file with our professional and general Insurance Companies.
booking deposit
Bookings require a Fifty dollar fee to reserve your consultation or Injectables appointment. All fees will be used toward to your service(s) of choice.
In the event of a no-show, no-call please discuss your options with Caitlin which may include no refunds. We are a small private business and use this policy to help ensure that we can keep our doors open. Thank you for your business!
Touch-ups and patient satisfaction
Our goal is for you to look and feel amazing.
In order to do this we highly encourage a free follow up on Botox/ Neurotoxin at 14 days and Filler at 21 days. Touch-ups on Neurotoxins are free for the first 2 units which is usually adequate to adjust to our desired affect.
There are no refunds for Injectables.
